November 30th. I and Miya-O were basking in the sun. . 。My cat, Miya-O, is doing well. She ate 20g of Paripari-chan, a dry cat food for kidney care. Miｙa-O-chan seems to be the type to eat as much food as she wants, whenever she wants.
But now, I am controlling and restricting her diet.
In the afternoon, I and Miya-O were basking in the sun.
あさごはんは、野菜と餃子のスープです。
ミヤオちゃん元気。腎血流量をコントロールする薬とリンイオンを排泄する鉄イオン製剤尿素を吸着する活性炭を薬をのませるのだが、これがたいへん。腎ケア用猫ドライフードパリパリちゃんを２０ｇ食った。ミャオちゃんは餌を好きな時に好きなだけちょくちょく食うタイプらしい。午後は、日向ぼっこしてます。
洋ナシをいっぱいもらった。先週末にイベント時に２日間駐車場を貸した礼らしいが、どう見ても多すぎる。高価なものをもらってしまった。
ばんごはんは、あさりたきこみごはん、しじみ汁、ちくわ昆布こんにゃくの炊いたん、白菜きゅうり浅漬け、ヨーグルトグラノラです。

November 29th. see my doctor. 。I went to see my doctor because I ran out of my medication. Obtain 56 days worth of medicine. For some reason, I feel relieved when I have lots of medicine on my hand. That's strange feeling, I use to never feel when I was young.
あさごはんは、あさりたきこみごはんと野菜煮込みスープ。寒い朝の定番です。
内服薬がなくなってしまったので内科を受診する。５６日分の薬を手に入れる。なぜか、手元に薬がいっぱいあると安心が満。ふしぎだね。
ひるごはんは、ソーセージ白菜包み焼き、ピーマンそてー、海老大根、カフェオレです。
ばんごはんは、アジフライ、チョップﾄﾞキャベツ、海老大根、豆腐鰹節、でした。義父といっしょに食べた。
古いレンジファインダーカメラを１２台まとめて買い込んだ。ヤフオクで落札した。送料と税を含めて合計６０００円で一台あたり５００円でだ。リーズナブルだと思う。状態の良いものはカメラとしてそのまま保存される。壊れているものはレンズを抽出してデジカメ用に改造するよていだ。
レンズ買い漁り症候群はますます悪化する。

November 28th. Freezing Nikuman. 。Freezing Nikuman is convenient food, I'm able to save anytime for meal. So I always storag it a few in my refrigerator.

November 27th. MFD. 。What is MFD stand for? MFD means minimum focusing distance of photographic lens. MSD shorter lens is very useful. So when I remodel an old lens, I made it MFD as shorter as possible.
Left image is a camera that I get from Yahoo auction almost 4,000 yen. But I didn't remember. I don't remember winning the bid. Maybe I made a mistake in bidding.However, there was a problem with it, so I returned it. It was lucky because it wasn't the item I wanted.

November 26th. guitar playing and singing.. 。.Mr. Tokuno appeared at Sound in ACB (Music Live House) in Sakaimachi as a guitar player. My wife and I went out to see him. In addition to him, there are many other performing groups. The entrance fee was 1,650 yen including a drink. It was well worth the cost.

November 24th. Miya-O was hospitalized.. 。I got up early. I cooked sauce Yakisoba for breakfast. and yakisoba sandwich for lunch.
Her veterinarian appointment can be made online starting at 8am. I waited until 8 o'clock to make a appointment.
9:10、My cat see her doctor and blood test.The result is a decline in kidney function. Immediately, she was hospitalized. I was not able to do about her. But she was in Hospital, so no worries.
I went to the Kensei lifelong learning center in Chikusei city.I arrived at 11:30. I joined Photo Kano Club meeting.
When my wife returned from Ueda, I picked her up at Shimizu Koen Station at 3:30 p.m. my wife made evening meal.

November 23th. Miya-o isn't fine. 。Breakfast was leftovers from yesterday. Lunch was chicken ramen. Dinner was spaghetti with clams.
My cat Miya-o isn't fine. No eat, no drink. She was lay on a chair all day. So I was not able to give medicines to her.

November 22th. bone conduction earphone. 。I got up early. I baked Anko sweet potato pie wraps.
Her veterinarian appointment can be made online starting at 8am. I waited until 8 o'clock to make a appointment.Her medicine none, I'd like to refill. So we see a doctor.
She was vomiting, so that medication was also prescribed. I went to Costco Tsukuba in afternoon. I bought some food and a bone conduction earphone. AVIOT WB-K1-BK CPN was 11680 yen.

November 21th. I made a lot of soup. 。I made a lot of soup with Aburaage（ried tofu）, pumpkin, Hakusai（Chinese cabbage）, and other root vegetables. Today, all three meals had the same menu.

November 19th. She has been very friendly lately. 。I made vegetable and Atsuage soup for breakfast. It include in pumpkin Ｈａｋｕｓａｉ radish leaf and root, cabbage carrot sweet potato, Etc..I add iron fortified yogurt and cafe au le.
Evening meals is almost same at my breakfast, just different is I add sauteed eggplant and red peman, and Budweiser.r.

November 18th. She has been very friendly lately. 。I had sausage and cabbage pie wrap, cafe au lait, and tometo letas salad for breakfast .
I bought a yakiniku bento from Iwamoto:a bento shop. It had a lot of salt, so I added vegetables to lower the salt content.Then I divided it in two and gave half to my brother.
I ate lunch while working at my Lens Renovation Fact.
I made a spaghetti dish for my evening meal. It looked like Carbonara. I added sauteed red pepper.
Miya-O is my cat. She has been very friendly lately. She seems lonely.she come with me at my toilet. So lonely, what do she feel?

November 17th. renovated a few fossil lenses. 。I found some frozen puff pastry in my reifrigerator deep in side, and wrapped it up with sausage and chopped cabbage and baked it in the oven. Its expiry date is 2018. No problem to eat, I had it for lunch and it was delicious.
Today I renovated a few fossil lenses in my factory. There were two impressive ones.
Frst, there was a Japanese-made lens that resembled a German-made lems, becase whay I feel so that the brand name is german style and written in Germany.
Second, there was an unkown details lens, but It was quait old, because of it's structure.

November 16th. I installed the HDD. 。Morning meal is Inarizushi. I made Ebidaikon. I installed tow HDD that i bought yesterday on my PC. I backed up the photo files I had taken by my digital camera.

November 15th. the Ganso Kyushu Jangara Akihabara main store. . 。I went to Akihabara. I had Jangara Ramen. I added Kakuniku(stewed pork) to the basic Jangara Ramen. Also boiled cabbage. The cost was 1240 yen (tax included). I took the narrowest seat at the Ganso Kyushu Jangara Akihabara main store. I like this seat when I'm alone. It's my favorite tonkotsu ramen shop in Akihabara in Tokyo. I went there for the first time in four and a half years. The last time I went was March 20, 2019. Although the price has gone up quite a bit, I am still satisfied with the taste. I thoroughly enjoyed it

ハードデスクを買うために久しぶりに秋葉原に行った。元祖九州じゃんがら秋葉原本店の最も狭い席で 元祖九州じゃんがらラーメンを食った。客の多くは外国人だったのでおどろいた。 秋葉原がすっかり変わってしまった。ジャンクなパソコン部品を漁った店がなくなってたりする。通りには外国人相手の土産物屋が目立つ。外国人観光客がいっぱいいた。
帰りに守谷のイオンタウンで食品の買い物をする。

November 13th. an unfinishied lofe 。I was baking bread, but I realized halfway through that I forgot to add yeast to my automatic electric bread maker. So I added yeast, reset, and started over again. The bread rose alittle, but you can see, it turned out to be an unfinishied lofe.I ate this. It was not delicious, but I had to get it into my stomach.
The silhoutte of Mt. Fuji from my window after sunset was very beautiful, but when I took a photo, it was just a silhouette of a steel tower of power line.
I gave my cat medsun. She has stomatitis. I let to see a veterinarian her、ｔｉｄａｙ. She met a doctor.
あさごはんは、野菜と鶏肉マロニーちゃんのスープ。
ウェッブ上で予約してミャオちゃんをペットクリニックに連れて行った。口内炎ができてるらしい。抗生剤と消炎鎮痛剤を注射、内服の消炎剤とインターフェロンらしき内服薬が処方される。薬がなくなったら再診の予定です。
パンを焼いたのだが、自動電気パン焼き機にイーストを仕掛けるのを忘れたことに途中で気づいた。それで、イーストを入れてリセット、もう一度初めからやり直した。少しは膨らんだがぼそぼそです。
日没後、富士山がシルエットになるが、ちょうど送電線の鉄塔に重なって見える。

November 12th. the 33rd Bando City Masakado Half Marathon. 。I participated in the 33rd Bando City Masakado Half Marathon. The image is before the start. I didn't have the energy to take photos during the second half of the race.The race results are as follows: Event name: Half Marathon Men 60 and Over. Tatsuya Kimura. Number card 2205. Gross time 2:59:49 Net time 2:58:06. I finished the race but came in aimost last.
I completed the race in almost the same time as last year. I get the right to participate in the Honolulu Marathon invitation lottery. Yes, I participated, but I was unsuccessful.
第３３回 坂東市将門ハーフマラソン大会木村 達哉 ナンバーカード 2205 グロスタイム 2:59:49 ネットタイム 2:58:06 種目名 ハーフ男子60才以上。今年も何とか完走した。昨年とほぼ同じタイムだ。ホノルルマラソン招待の抽選に参加したが、今年も全体枠、東市民枠ともに敗退した。

November 11th. "Touge no Kamameshi" 。My wife and I ate soba at Katanaya for lunch. I bought two packages of 5 pieces of Jimanyaki from Fuji Ice.
We moved from Ueda to Iwai. On the way, I stopped by Kazuo's house and gave him some Jimanyaki as a souvenir.
Evening meal is "Touge no Kamameshi" that I bought at Yokogawa SA. I made Gochyappe soupe and ate with ｍｙ wife and my father-in-law.
妻と一緒に昼食に刀屋で蕎麦を食った。富士アイスで自慢焼きを５個入りパケージを２つ買った。
上田から岩井に移動した。
途中で和夫さんちに寄って自慢焼きをあげた。

November 10th. The morning redsun dyed the scaly clouds, 。This dawn was dramatic..The morning redsun dyed the scaly clouds, turning them red. When I stay my son's residence in Ueda, I look forward to opening the window every morning. because why, I can see different mountain scenery, every morning. I definitely check out Mt. Taro on the north side and Mt. Eboshi on the east side. And take photos.This is my custom in Ueda. I do 2 things in same time, one is enjoying a seenaly, anther is checking my modified lenses.
My son,my wife, and I ate the Mont Blanc we bought in Obuse yesterday, and it was delicious.
Today I took out the Ernemann Detektiv Aplanat 1:6.8 f=10.5cm Nr,445942 for a field test.
My wife made Houtou for dinner. It is a local Yamanashi dish similar to udon. It contains a lot of root vegetables, leef vegetables, and Aburaage, and has a miso flavor.

November 9th. Obuse. 。I went to Obuse with my wife. We took a train and arrived around noon. Obuse is a town where old buildings remain and is also home to the Hokusai Museum. Many foreigners come. We ate some soba right away. After this, we went to Hokusaikan. Then, went to two other museums.
Obuse is also famous for chestnuts. My wife wanted to try the famous chestnut sweets, but she needed a reservation. and they was already out of stock.
The train to Ueda was delayed more than 30 min due to a problem with traffic light .
So we got off at Nagano station and we ate ramen.Some trouble is taste of train trip.

November 8th. It's Jupiter 。I got up early. I packed up my camera and lens and drove my Z4 from the Kenoudou Expressway to the Hokuriku Expressway to Tomi.
I took these photos on the road to Jizo Pass in Tomi City. After that, I went to Ueda and ate soba at Katanaya.After, I took some photos at Ueda Castle Ruins Park. My wife was coming back to our son's house at 3pm, so I went there at that time.
I will be spending a few days in Ueda City, and my family and I will be together starting with dinner today.
After sunset, there is an extremely bright star low in the eastern sky. It's Jupiter.I don't often look up at the night sky, so I'm surprised when I suddenly see bright stars.The air in Ueda is cleaner than in Iwai, so the stars may look better.

November 2nd. KODAK ANASTIGMAT F-7.7 108mm No.55527 。I took off this lens from Kodak JR Autographic No 1A ca.1915-1925 that I purchased it in July 2023 for 1,200 yen. It was full of mold and rust,with broken the bellows.
バルミューダのザ・トースターで焼付塗装を試みる。２３０度モードで１５分間焼いてみた。焼けそうだな。ガスオーブンよりお手軽だが、熱源から陰になるところなどムラがでそうだ。塗装が終わった部品を組み立ててKODAKのレンズをキャブレター鏡胴に組み込んだ。やっと、改造が完成した。思惑どうりに出来上がった。嬉しいね。 さっそく、試写を始める。写真をとりながら、みゃおちゃんと遊ぶ。
ばんごはんは、チキンカレーライス、ざっくりレタスとトマトのサラダです。義父といっしょに食べた。
